Think that this lovely hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it. The venue is fairly clean with excellent services and healthy food. The hotel is in a perfect and great location to highway intersection❤

The room at Grand Hotel Zagreb was absolutely amazing! The bed was so comfortable and I slept like a baby. I loved the fact that the room had free WiFi. It made it so easy for me to stay connected with friends and family back home. The private bathroom was equipped with complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. I didn't have to worry about packing any of that stuff. The 24-hour front desk was a lifesaver! It was so convenient to have someone available around the clock to assist with any questions or concerns. Some rooms even had a seating area, which was great when I wanted to just relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. I had plenty of space to spread out and it felt like a home away from home. I really appreciated the complimentary newspapers in the morning. It was a nice touch to start my day with a cup of coffee and the latest news.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the blackout drapes/curtains in the room. I prefer natural sunlight streaming in to wake me up in the morning.

The room was perfect and the breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were helpful. Easy to find, directly off the highway, easy off and on for traffic and next to a huge shopping area. Also liked the huge parking lot.

If you didn't have a car it may be difficult to get around from the location.

I had excellent days staying at this GOOD budget hotel. Everything was perfect, personnel was very helpful and hospitable. The staff were ready to help, so nice of them. The service was good and the rooms were reasonably spacious and luxurious with tea, style or color, excellent soundproofing. Butter and cheese provided in the morning.

The room was really nice and big, the same as bathroom. Very good bed, 140cm wide. Pleasant place to stay on the edge of the town.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to a big mall which is perfect for shopping enthusiasts like myself. It is also within walking distance from the center, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at this place are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which gave me a feeling of being at home. The room was beautifully decorated with excellent soundproofing, creating a relaxing environment. The hotel offers a fully equipped gym for those who like to stay active. The lobby is welcoming and I found the parking lot to be quite spacious.

I highly recommend this hotel to others due to its excellent location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms.

I don't know what it was, but this hotel just seemed very depressing to be in. Maybe it needs more color or something. And it was fairly far from the city center, which I was aware of. What I wasn't aware of was how much each one-way trip was going to cost. Ouch!

During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the free parking available at this hotel. Additionally, the location was convenient for exploring the city's sights on foot.

The hotel was lacking in cleanliness and the outdated decor made it feel dingy. The breakfast provided was not up to par with other hotels in the area and the staff seemed uninterested in ensuring guests had a satisfactory experience. I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
